Unmanned Ocean Vehicles, Inc. is a privately held Company headquartered
near Fredericksburg, Virginia, founded in 2004.

The Company is focused on one thing: rapid development and production of
a family of unmanned ocean vehicles.

The Company was awarded a Phase 1 STTR development grant in August
2005 by the Office of Naval Research.

The Company was awarded a Phase II STTR development contract in April
2008 by the Naval Sea Systems Command, NAVSEA 05D, Ship and Force
Architecture Concepts.

The company is affiliated with Solar Sailor Holdings, Limited.  Solar Sailor
operates a high technology hybrid powered passenger ferry in Sydney
